Guidance for using Digi-Pramaan, organised by who you are.

For Enforcement Officers and Admins

Sign in with the departmental account issued to you. Scan or upload a product's label under Scan / Upload Product, review the extracted declarations, and confirm or correct them before verifying. Compliance Records lists every product scanned so far and can be filtered by status, region or manufacturer.

For Reviewers

Reviewers have full read access to records, analytics and reports, and can flag a record as Needs Review, but do not scan products or verify extracted data. Use Analytics & Violation Trends to see where enforcement effort is most needed.

For members of the public

No account is needed to report a mislabelled or non-compliant product. Use the Citizen Grievance Portal to submit a photograph and a short description. You will receive a tracking reference you can use to check the status of your report at any time — no sign-in required.
